The Morey House Cottage is a part of the original Pikes by the Lake Resort that was established by the H.O.Pike family in the 1880's. The seven bedroom cottage has two rooms with queen size beds, five rooms with double beds, one full bath and a half bath. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill for outside cooking. The main living room has a large fireplace (we provide the wood). The cottage sits on a large yard perfect for ball games and affords privacy for any family gatherings. We own 116 feet of private frontage on Newfound Lake with a perfect view of Cardigan Mountain with spectacular sunsets. A great hike is a short drive away. We do allow pets by prior arrangement.

Some of the highlights of this property are the large post and beam screened in porch that serves as an additional dining area and the fire pit on the lake that is great for camp fires. Bring your guitar and practice all the verses of Kumbaya. Don't forget the makings for s'mores. The rates for summer time occupancy are: $1600/week plus 8% NH room and meals tax. Check in is Saturday at 3:00 pm and checkout is noon on Saturday. Weekends in the Fall and Spring are available for $200 per night (plus room and meals tax). A two night minimum is required.
